We’ve been working with non profits and schools to find ways to incorporate our services while raising money for worthy causes.
Recently, we were the event photography entertainment for Saint John the Baptist School in Milwaukie. The school opened in 1919 and has thrived ever since. The auction theme this year was Hollywood and the Oscars. The venue was decorated superbly with everything from red carpets to movie screen rolls lining the walls along with old movie posters and actor cut outs. Table centerpieces were crafted to fit the theme with black and white actor portraits around the flower vases. The musician stage was in front of a Hollywood hills theatre set.
We brought a large selection of more upscale props and took pictures for $5. We sold extra copies of the prints for added revenue to the school. It was a fun time for all.
